From 15ha Premier Cru Les Vergelesses, which borders the village of Pernand-Vergelesses. Sebastien Gay is the fifth-generation winemaker, taking meticulous care with the fruit both in the vineyard and at the sorting table.

The result is a fruity, expressive nose that’s spicy and creamy, with aromas of strawberry, raspberry, sage, vanilla, and fresh rose petals, followed by a concentrated, serious palate with a perfect balance between fresh acidity and fine tannins.
